The Insurer reimburse the medical expenses of the Insured Person (if the services are arranged or approved by the Insurer) if the Insured Person submits a written statement and encloses the original invoice from a medical institution that reflects the list of the services provided and their costs, the receipts, appointment cards and the copy of the in-patient or out-patient case records. All documentation should be submitted to the Insurer within one month period at the latest, otherwise the Insurer has a right to decline to accept the documentation. The reimbursement amount is to be calculated on the basis of an average cost of a similar medical service in the medical institutions specified in the above list.
