Insurance premium is defined individually as per certain needs of each client, risks taken and information provided by the client.
Also, Corporative customers take the opportunity to use the benefit, named “Private (family) Doctor”. In the case of existing of the appropriate agreement, a customer has a right to choose a specialist working in hospitals that are not included to the list of the participated ones.
Insured clients are served 24/7/365 by the Dispatching department of qualified doctors that render high level of medico - coordinating services.
Medical services provided by the clinics are under the systematic control of the Insurance Company’s Medical expertise division that in turn increase the level and quality of the services provided to the insured clients.
Moreover, family members of the insured persons (if they are not insured) have an opportunity to apply to the all clinics (contracted with insurance company) and get appropriate medical services on preferential terms.

What should you do in case of any incident?
Call an assistance center any time and inform its personnel of the emergency that has happened to you; have them write down the number of your insurance policy, full name of the person insured; specify type of assistance needed, as well as location and contact number they could use to get in touch with you.
You will be provided with necessary assistance in the shortest possible time with all charges billed to the insurance company. If you cover medical services on your own, ask doctor for the documents as listed below:
- Original copies of detailed invoices with your full name, diagnosis as well as description of treatment offered and their date mentioned therein;
- Receipts on payment of treatment;
- Sealed receipts with full names of medical personnel and a list of medicine prescribed;
- Prices;
- Documents confirming payment made.
Within 5 working days following the insured’s return to Azerbaijan he/she will have to apply to the insurance company with a statement of all details of insured accident and original documents confirming medical assistance rendered and its payment attached thereto.
